How long will it take to receive my order?
In an effort to be environmentally conscious, our products are printed and embroidered on demand, meaning that each order is made once it has been purchased.
With this in mind, please allow 2-3 business days for order fulfillment and 4-7 business days to receive your order after shipping confirmation. Of course, if there are any issues with your order, please reach out to us via out "Contact Us" tab above and we would be happy to assist you!
Can I buy any Elk Glade Gear in person?
We carry a limited inventory at Elk Glade Ranch, located in the heart of the Colorado mountains! Come visit us to shop in person!
I have an issue with my order, what should I do?
Any potential issues that may arise with your order (tracking, wrong address, etc) that you may face, please check out our Contact Us page to reach out and we will be happy to help you! We're in this together!
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Hoodies, crewnecks, and t-shirts may be returned for store credit. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs on all returns. Reach out to us via email to find a solution and we would be happy to help you!
We do not accept exchanges.
